I did a trial with this mob & cancelled my subscription well in advance of my auto renewal, but right on queue they debited my card for a year anyway. I have sent my cancellation proof & credit card statement to my banks fraud squad to get my money back. And they claim to protect you! DO NOT use this mob, there are many more honest VPN’s out there that are not tied to the 14 eyes!
Tried many different VPN’s and this one gets the highest rating for internet connection while in China.
I trust this App. Full stop.

Poor service
Why does a yearly subscription for one device cost $49.99 in this store but only $16.99 on the other platform? Please enlighten me?
The app overall reduced the amount of Spam SMS’s but and phone calls but didn’t eliminate them. It also sometimes causes my Tesla app to crash requiring me to turn VPN off so I can access my car.
they ask you to subscribe and give them you account details before the free trial start, to me this is bad business, if they are confident about there product than Free Trail should be Free Trail. I downloaded the app , it would not let me start Free Trail without subscribing it . I will be deleting it now.
You’ll never convince me this is to prevent malware. It is malware. If you can delete it but that’s not gonna get rid of this. I’ve now got payments constantly attempted to be take from my bank and try to open subscription to cancel the .... it won’t open. I’ve tried all there is and just to end this I have to close my account and re open a new one. What a .... thing I can’t put here this has been. And it’s still installs itself back on my phone. It did bite me with malware. If not why is this app impossible to delete off your phone and why does it bring friends. I don’t want the apps it automatically brought with it. They don’t delete either. All I can say is, I didn’t even get to use it because I spent the 7 days free trial trying to fix my phone from all that went on after installing this. If it isn’t actual malware or whatever ware that is against us, then I think the apps picked up some and serving it out. Maybe scanning the malware app for malware might help. Or sack it.
