Stop putting basic functions behind a paywall
This app has a great concept and I enjoy using it to talk to friends and family, BUT please stop putting basic functions like scrubbing behind a paywall!! It’s infuriating. Many times I will need to stop watching a polo and when I try to continue it later, I have to press the 10 second fast forward button like 100 times just to get back to where I was. Super annoying. By all means put features like 2x speed, background playing, etc behind a subscription, but scrubbing? Be so for real! That’s just pure greed at it ruins the user experience.

Really cool way to be coached so love its use for that :) Fun way to chat …better than a text but less intrusive than a call plus one can replay things :)

Marco Polo is the best to talk to family friends and people who basically live far away from you. I have used it so much and love it and an amazing app is Marco Polo and I would recommend it. 21. He does not have it. I use it to talk to my family that does not live near me and even some people I know talk to me if we even live in the same house just while I’m somewhere I use it for my chore list and to help me clean up and whenever I’m cleaning, I can talk to my friends and ask for recommendations for what to set up my room with thank you, Marco Polo this is the best site

I’ve sent two emails and still haven’t heard back!! I got a new phone and I am trying to log into my account/app on my new phone but every time I request a verification code, it doesn’t send anything!! Please help!!

Good app but
Great apps but would love a way to cancel a recording instead of sending automatically. Also quality could be a tad better, but brilliant way to talk to your mates or family without texting
No mentions of a monthly fee
I downloaded and then noticed I had to pay nearly £10 per month . Ouch
