The game was fun at first but over the years it has turned into pay to play. A “free” game where you have to buy hero shards to be able to play any of the events. Unless your willing to part with a ton of cash you are stuck getting the occasional free orb where you may get 1 shard (if your lucky)
I know this is your marketing plan, it is probably working for you money wise but this is how you lose players. Best thing you can do is let us enjoy and have fun New characters and teams, even with events paywall I think it’s fine but we need more training materials to catch up specially with the coming 105 level cap. I would love to spend more money on the game because I used to love it but now I really hate it as I can’t catch up with everything even with money. This is how you know the game management is getting bad. This is why a lot of players are quitting the same time alliances are disbanding.

I hit level 42 and it just freezes my game once i follow what it makes me click. Says I have 11 redeemable tokens but then can’t click anything? Just wondering what’s up with that.
Cash based events can’t make really progress without spending hundreds of dollars
Such an impressively cool game with insane potential. I kind of wish there was a purchase option for it instead of the micro transactions, because I really want to keep playing. I had a blast with this up until level 35ish. After that, you’re starved HARD for gold, which means your progression slows to a crawl. The monetization curve for this game was very abrupt and basically killed my drive to keep playing. That being said, the most troublesome part of this game is the crazy amount of time it takes to load, even on an iPhone 15 Pro it usually takes about a full minute to load. I’m guessing this is networking, but what exactly is it doing?? Comparing to any other app or game, I’ve never seen anything as slow as this.
Can you guys please make a training mode where we can test out our squads and the synergy of different teams. We can fight against dummies in order to see how you wanna build your team and what items to equip I can’t believe there is an a mode like this in the game instead you have to go to champion mode to fight against real threats.
Coast to much to win!……. Over 80-150 a month gets you the bare minimum so lame.!!!! Used to love this game❤️!, played it from day one now it just an experience I cant justify. Even if you grind and set timers for events you can’t get all the rewards unless you pay way to much money. Please fix before you loss me and other players!

As the title states, The game is in a bad spot and the Devs aren’t helping. They have gotten greedy to the point that they are killing the game. Paywalls around every corner. Character releases have gotten outta hand as well, they are releasing character that aren’t even finished yet or untested. Events have become unbeatable unless you spend a grand on them.
