Game just closes on 98% start up screen

Hello Was playing game and game just closes on 98% start up screen after new update Please fix

Doesn’t want to log into my game

I keep on opening the icon on my phone but when the game is loading it is stuck on 17% loading and nothing happens from there please fix otherwise it is a great game

Complaint

Have spent the passed two to three years playing the game and have mostly enjoyed it however latest update has now removed all my characters unlocked in campaign mode so can’t upgrade them including iso upgrades have sen messages and screenshots no reply very disappointed. Have spent a lot of money on game as well go figure take peoples money but no back up.

Disgrace

To whom it may concern Uninstalling the game after updates ruining the game with character shards etc… Not that scopefly cares about their players/users. Thanks cheers! Ps, could not give zero stars😤

Stuck at 13%

Can’t even contact support as the game is just stuck at 13% loading screen, tried offloading app, uninstalling and re-installing, still stuck

I just would like to express my disappointment in you as game designers. After spending so much time and also quite a couple of $ I will not spend anymore on this game as it is. You do not look after new players or allow them to at least find any satisfaction in spending hours of their time playing this game. After all my efforts not even being able to unlock a 1 star Rogue… Most of the best characters aren’t even farmable. If this is a game for big spenders only then at least be honest about it and state it. This is the view of most of us as F2P community, and will rate it such. There is no point even looking forward to doing Apocalypse. We simply will not be able to complete

Insights and suggestions

First off, if you’re a marvel fan you’ll love how many smaller, less valued heroes, who don’t get as much attention as the bigger heroes, are in the game. The game is really fun I reckon and I have enjoyed it for the past 2 years or so. I’ve noticed that the game is highly dependent on in-app purchases to develop and increase the strength of your whole squad and not just a select few of them. The further into the game you are, the harder it is to compete and keep up with the top dogs provided you don’t spend a penny. This is obviously evident in almost every game/app and is understandable. I find it is also very slow to recruit legendary characters and the opportunity doesn’t come around as often as many would want it to. If these events could come around a little more often, it would allow many who meet the requirements to recruit these characters to finally have the opportunity after putting in lots of time to increase the rank of the required heroes. Also, maybe adding another source of EXP? Otherwise, this is a great game and with a great community playing. Keep up the good work! (Sorry for the long review, just thought I had some valuable points to raise)

Green with Pestilence

The app icon is green like poison and disease.

Crashes

This game crashes no matter the mode. In the middle of raids as I start Dark Dimension arena it doesn’t matter. Forget about new characters and fix the dam game
