poor optimization on iPhone 13 Pro Max the game stutters and loads slowly. The game wants more and more strange confirmations and accesses from us.
Trash
Game is cool plays smothly but god forbid you have any problem and need customer support help. It’s complete trash 15 hours for each replay, every time somone else is „steping in for the team” and keep asking same questions over and over again …
Cool game but i can’t restart my progress
I haven’t played this game for 2-3 years and I would like to play it from the begging but there is no option to do it, could you do something about it?

Scopely is not player-friendly
If you’re thinking about starting or returning to this game definitely don’t do that. Scopely started totally divide high spenders from others - you CAN’T get new characters if you’re F2P, low spender or mid spender. And in their terms engagement = paying ridicoulous amount of money. Absolutely disgusting company and absolutely disgusting people that hate their playerbase (except whales)
Terrible support
Game has in-game purchases , what I’m doing regularly. But support is terrible , to report some bug in game - need to chat with the bot which has also bugs …. Scopely- please fix it , make reporting easy
Old player, disgusted, with what you are doing to this game
The game has gone, from its initial path. The company is doing its best to discourage the entire f2p community by introducing more emphasis on p2w. Not to mention the annual event, for unlocking the super villain - Apocalypse. This very interesting super villain in the Marvel comics/movies, in the game turned out to be a big loser, with his outdated kit (from almost a year ago) and additionally with a lot of errors in his skills. Scopely, you are masters at this - haven't you considered changing the name to Bugspely?
