Facing problem
Hi I am a new user or Mashreq bank . I download the app but it’s automatically shut down I tried a lot of time then I uninstall it but it’s doing same thing. I am using I phone so is there any other ya to use this app ? Very band experience
Worst services
I opened account. On web showing active but on mobile showing it will take 1 to 3 business days ( showing from one Monday) I contacted and filed multiple complaints. No response no reply no call. Please don’t open account with Mashreq. They use trick to initiate the account opening process after that no one help you. Initial steps are so easy but after that they have hell services. No one pick your call on helpline. No action on complaints. I don’t know how they are running bank. Hi contacted from contact us many times. Never got response back. Now developers will reply please contact via web page. I suggest instead of asking to us please ask to your team to improve your support team. No point to ask to customers to contact via web when no one response on web ticket generate.
Updating documents problem
Hi I am using Mashriq mobile app and update my documents about two months ago, but through app my status was still pending and give me the below-mentioned massage, “ CRM Reference number REF-9660441-L9B8Y8. Your personal banking details (KYC) update has already been initiated, and is pending for processing. We will inform you once updated. In case you need to make additional changes from your last submission, please reach out to your relationship Manager for further assistance.”
Problem signing as new user
Hi I used the Mashreq app 2 years back now I am to Uae and my account is active I just downloaded the app and trying to sign in as a new user I forgot the old user name and password there is a problem in cvv showing incorrect please help me to start using my banking from app thanks
