I wish developer used this and have done trial before putting on App Store. Doesn’t work. Doesn’t move forward. Best bank to work with and worst app for the bank. Previous version was better at least it used to work.
Snapp is so full of glitches, freezes, failures to load, inability to carry out commands and is absolutely user unfriendly and disappointing for every day banking purposes. Mashreq Bank generally has poor website performance though it has somehow labeled itself as the best digital Bank in Middle East with some kind of credentials. Snapp often gives errors on using fingerprint recognition access on iPhone and I have to constantly delete the app and reinstall it to get around this issue. The phone banking people don’t understand why this occurs and simply keep asking to change my password. Why shouldn’t I change my bank instead? Good question! I have to answer it soon for myself as I have had enough of them!
