Worst experience ever
The app is designed in a way that you never know how much you have to pay and they will happily charge you more and more fees and delays, this is the most unethical and disgusting bank
app issue& very disappointed customer care
It’s been a few days now that I can’t log into my app, and neither Face ID nor my username and password are working for no reason. Also, I haven’t been able to transfer money for days, so I have to go to the ATM every time. When I call the bank’s number, it’s just a robot, and I can’t speak to a real operator. Honestly, the customer service is terrible.
