Instant Cash option was promoted on card offers. Only to find out that this is not really included and there were no explanations. So disappointing!
Bad service
Activating account takes time 3days ago they message me saying there is an error in activating until now I didn't receive a message if it's activated, application also says that service is not available 🤷🏽♂️
Worst Services! From the day I join until the first banking transaction ZERO!
Please before you open make sure that you know what are the services they offer. First when I open the account it takes 2 weeks before I received my virtual card. Yes! 2 weeks I’m hanging like I don’t know when they will deliver. Second when you activate your card through mobile banking it will make you mind crazy the app is very confusing unlike the other app (not user friendly). Third which really makes me surprised it TOTALLY different from the other bank. When you send money internal they will charge you MORETHAN other bank and remittance services! YES! other bank will charge you 25 on all services including the charge depending on your stated country. In remittances will charge you 18aed on all services as well but in mashreq 105aed! Triple charge! Yes! It’s not my first time to send money in mobile app nor remittances but maybe I will close my account here and transfer to other bank instead. Totally disappointed. 👎🏻
