Problem with emoji in the phone

Emoji icon truncates & unable to use it on phone screens

Not working

Hi developers, my Mattermost app isn’t working properly. It’s just keep on loading and loading. I’m not able to read any team messages . I’ve the latest software installed on my iPhone X and an updated version of Mattermost too. Please fix it ASAP. Thank you

Out of all hosted team communication apps, this one is the most polished. People having push notifications issues should refer to the official push notification testing guide.

Attachment uploading improvement

I like the new ui a lot the bottom menu, every thing is perfect just a suggestion if we can increase the size of attachment that will be very beneficial from user prespective.

Latest update not working

After updating the app, not able to see any teams it just says no teams available.

App not working on latest build

@developers pls check your app is not working on ios 16.

After update it is not working !!

I’ve updated the app and since then I’m not able to see any team! It’s just showing no teams are available to join. But on web everything is working fine. Please fix this issue ASAP.

Getting frequent crash on iOS 16.2 after major update on App UI .

After app update if I try to open any new messages on channels and direct messages, app got crashed, show me the stacktrace and pop the relaunch button. After tapping relaunch button it shows me black screen and nothing happens I need to kill the app and restart it. This issue is happening again and again Please look into this issue and kindly provide the hot fix

Notifications not appear for new messages

If someone posted messages, until I open and update/refresh I won’t know. So every time manually need to check messages. What is the use of this mobile app if no notifications. We will ignore app even we installed in mobile if it not pop-up any new messages or indication.

Notifications don’t work on mobile

I do not get any notifications on mobile no matter what settings I have tried Second issue is that the messages don’t go through when I send on mobile Even after multiple retries
