Impossible to use my balance

As always in the Philiippines, it’s never working. Easy to cash in but impossible to use my balance to load.. “internal service issue… try again later”. But later or after few days it still doesn’t work. Loosing so much time with this, and money…

I think the app is interesting and might be very convenient but unfortunately after register and enter the verification number sent to my phone, the application crashed. After that, the application cannot be open anymore.
