Hello Dear Maya, can you please fix the bugs of your apps. I’ve been trying to open my account as I have a credit that need to be paid off. And the problem is I can’t open my account due to this face authentication failed. Can you please fix your app. As this is a big problem in some cases like mine. Thank you,

If you get locked out of your account, it tells you to contact customer service. The only way to contact customer service is through the app…. WHILE YOURE SIGNED IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT. 🤡 The only other option is to call customer service, and the number provided is only a Manila number, which is impossible for most people to contact. No other options provided, no email address, no mobile number, no local number for various regions. Honestly not sure how this idiotic feedback loop made it into the final app. And likely, the developers don’t even know about it because again, no way to contact customer assistance. 🤡 Luckily I only have a little money loaded, but it’s extremely sketchy. Imagine how many people are locked out with money loaded. Almost like a way to steal money from thousands of people 👀💅

Horrible app face verification camera Omg I have white wall perfect lights blink eye make sure face are clear .and the stupid app keep saying not recognize 100x keep doing it and still can’t sign in.

It is very difficult to use, certification is also difficult, and the scope of use is very limited. This is probably why this company has no vision and does a very poor job.

I like over all clean look of the app not too cluttered but becomes laggy when I use the Crypto section. It takes too slow to refresh.

I opened an account and decided not to continue with it because of dumb verification system that they have, so I tried to find a way on how to delete my "basic" account from their system but in order for you to delete your account, 1. You need to talk to help chat support but first you need to have an upgraded account in order for you to talk to support. 🤦‍♂️ Do your stuff right or don't do it at all, incompetent f*>%s.

I have been trying to upgrade my Maya account with my government issued ID, but eight times it failed due to various reasons. Mostly it was unrecognizable picture (though the picture was very good). I have attempted to contact Maya, but the only responses I get are from an automated system. They are no help, and I am sick of this app. I’m going back to GCash.

No support. Money was stucked in this account because I can't move it. Useless

Your apps is user-friendly, simple and easy to navigate also I like the virtual wallet account but I suggest simplifying the account recovery process when a mobile number is disconnected or expired is a fantastic idea. Implementing security questions or submitted information to verify identity and link a new number sounds like it could significantly improve user experience.
