When I download this app i didnt remember that I have the face authentication. I was logged out and now it needs face authentication however it will not go through. We need the money in my app. Maya contact support is not helping either

Nag bayad na ko ng loan ko infact nag renew ako ulit! But still ang dami nilang mga messeages, calls at email na hindi pa bayad! Even though i called them already and saying "okay na po yung payment niyan bayad na po" but still receiving emails,calls and messages also bothering someone! Because of their neglegenced! Inthink this maya should get people na proffesional when it comes to customer service! Imagine keep on nagging people dahil sa kapabayaan niyo! This is so stupid mistakes of you guys!!

It keeps in crashing! It doesnt upload photos of your ID
Can’t even upgrade the account because it cannot finish the id scan of either my passport of philippine id. I transferred money to the account, didn’t even came. So disappointing. I rather use Gcash than this useless app.
