Doesn’t allow you to do much apart from checking your balance and has very often errors as logging in and no account showing up.

Bila guna iOS auto fill password manager kena masuk 2x baru password boleh paste. Dah berbulan komplen masih tiada update. Lemau.

QR pay must install MAE, but I can’t install because it need at least iOS version 13, can’t afford new phone.

Damn this app is very damn slow..any service from Malaysia are damn useless

What’s the point of putting in Notification control in the app when Maybank clearly does not respect the user’s choice? “Tap to Win” spam notification pops up everytime you open up the app which I’m sure is against Apple’s guidelines. Horrible app by a decent bank. When notifications is disabled via iOS settings, you will be greeted with a warning that notifications is disabled. Infuriating app by a team of clown devs.

Would prefer this over the new app as it has less promotional ads.

What I want is only to transfer money to GX bank but faced with tons of bugs, and customer service team is giving solutions that couldn’t work. Might as well I walk into CIMB, rhb or whatever other banks to make manual transaction which could be more “productive” than wasting time on maybank.

rasa mae takda pun okay ja boleh guna m2u ni. masalahnya mae pun tak support phone lama, langsung tak boleh download. dahtu transfer nak kena on secure2u then approve melalui mae. kesudahannya saya sampai sekarang almost 2 tahun tak boleh nak transfer apa2 langsung sebab phone tak support mae. dulu pakai m2u senang jaa takdak masalah. melalui fpx pun takleh sbb kena approve kat mae. apa function pihak maybank buat benda alah ni kalau customer sendiri tak boleh guna. pihak maybank kena selesaikan masalah ni. ramai complaint benda yang sama. tahu benda ni tak merugikan pihak korang, tapi jgn buat app yg merugikan customer. win win situation laa.

the only reason why i don't like this is because scammers do this all day and i get a notification saying they have to pay for my account back in order

Maybank2u app have push notification if received transaction (ibg/giro) please make all transaction have push notification not just instant transfer
