Recent push to switch user to MAE app, but that app can’t even perform a simple transaction kept prompting error massage forgot it

MAE pop out keep on blocking my transaction approval

The MAE pop out keep on blocking my transaction approval and I cannot approve transaction for several time it’s very annoying!!!!!!!

Huge Security Issue

Funny that you do not need to login to check on your past transaction message through the inbox. This is a Nono! Meaning anyone who get access to your phone, be it stolen or lending the phone can check on your transaction detail without requiring login details. Security level is non existent and really a big problem! Please fix it!

Need to reset password every time

I don’t know what’s wrong with this app, but I always have to reset my password. It always says that my login is invalid. I clearly remember my password because of this issue, so it’s impossible that the error is on my end. Please do something about this.

Whats the point of using facial recognition in mobile when passwords were requested every time login was done? Apps repeatedly updated almost weekly basis - every time updated it loses all the facial recognition ability

Cannot accept 6-digit postal code

I tried to setup my mailing address with a 6-digit (Singapore) postal code but the app returns “postal code is invalid” yet it Singapore is one of the countries under the country picklist.
