I used to use MCB online banking app and all the sudden they brought this live MCB and asked me to verify through my phone camera. I Tried few times and got blocked and keep saying you need to go to branch.I am in uk at the moment and can’t use my MCB banking.useless completely use Bank.I am going to close my account when get there.

Always lagging and crashed

Most of the time whenever I try to open the app it takes ages to launch and several it got stuck on MCB Live main page and doesn’t perform any further action Poor maintenance of the app and very unprofessional customer support

Pathetic Bank, with no professional service. Will unbind your device so you cant take out your money and have access to your online account while in other country especially overseas Pakistani. Since 3 months I am following up and their unprofessional staff dose not care to resolve my issue.

CDC account opening application through MCB Live

I have submitted my application for opening a CDC account through my RDA via MCB Live. Unfortunately, my application has not been processed by the bank until I registered complaint through different platforms. Upon contacting the helpline, I was informed that no such application was found in the system, and I was advised to visit the branch. I registered my complaint through email but got response after three days that my issue will be resolved within seven days. Finally I contacted my relationship officer who then helped to process the application. However, it took seven days and still they didn’t share the required documents to CDC. Had I not followed it up, it would have never been processed by the bank automatically. I have previously opened a CDC account through Meezan Bank online, and I promptly received confirmation from CDC acknowledging the application. However, my experience with MCB in this matter has not been as satisfactory.

World Worst and useless Banking App. Strongly recommend people don’t open account in this bank. Staying abroad and faced technical issues to open this application. I came back Pakistan from uk withdraw cash because my money was blocked. Very bad user experience 1 out of 5.

It wouldn’t work whatever you want to do, no transaction can be done as the moment you will enter OTP it will say it has expired even if 30 seconds are left… and it happens all the time

MCB service is absolutely bad. aap and online banking doesn’t work. Wastage of time. Money got stuck. Please don’t open account with this Bank. Absolutely crap! They don’t reply to emails. Don’t waste your time on calls and emails.
