I’m not sure how good the app is because after paying for a years subscription it wouldn’t recognise me. Contacted support and 5 weeks later I still can’t use the app. Asked for a refund

This app is so good for workouts, it feels like you’re preparing for upcoming fights.

There’s plenty of body weight exercises meaning no equipment needed with easier options for beginner too advanced the coaching videos are great and it really seems like it cares about you’re fitness priceless information and so inexpensive for only 4$ aud a week and you can buy it for cheaper if you decide you really like it try the 7 day free trial you won’t regret it

It’s good

I’ve tried a million workout program and diet fads, and this app is the only thing that keeps my body conditioned and not only conditioned, but RIPPED. People are always asking what I do to stay in shape; and when I tell them they are so surprised. I can imagine an MMA champion workout app seems intimidating, but if you stick with this and just give the best effort you have, after 3 weeks of dedication you will feel different, and at the end of the program everyone will be asking YOU what you’re doing to look so much better.

Great app, tons of workouts, you get way to much for what you pay
