The best app for overall fitness

Best but needs an improvement!

I’ve been using the app for just two days and I like it already. It has a different approach to training such as green, orange and red levels where each colour focuses on different aspects of training. I really wish they could add a landscape feature for the video while performing the workout so that it’s a little bigger from 2-3 ft away.

It’s the way it sounds

Fast is really one on the best app’s I’ve tried, it features various types of workouts for every part of your body , the workouts are specified with 3 colours green, orange and red , easy to hard , the app it self is well made and the workouts are really impressive, I don’t really know that how well will it work for you but it did pretty well for me. The only exception is it didn’t ask me my age, weight or height so I don’t know how well the recommendations are but it surely does the job , now the price point may seem a bit overpriced but worth every single penny if you are willing to do work hard and do all the exercises it says you to do.
