By far better than Apple Fitness + with range of meal plans included. Could have a native Apple Watch app like Centr.

Well worth the money

I think the pictures and information is very misleading showing Conor in the workout pictures and saying train alongside Conor when he’s not in any of the workout videos

The king has made an app that’s actually enjoyable and you can feel the difference straight away without knowing you yourself, is putting in the hard work ! Great app, great price- the champ champ is back !

It’s good

I’ve tried a million workout program and diet fads, and this app is the only thing that keeps my body conditioned and not only conditioned, but RIPPED. People are always asking what I do to stay in shape; and when I tell them they are so surprised. I can imagine an MMA champion workout app seems intimidating, but if you stick with this and just give the best effort you have, after 3 weeks of dedication you will feel different, and at the end of the program everyone will be asking YOU what you’re doing to look so much better.
