Initially I’ve ordered two products from Meesho and they were fine.I’ve recently ordered a phone case but received a wrong product. I’ve requested for an exchange but again wrong product was delivered but when I tried to exchange it again, there was no option for exchange so I had request for return! It was such a waste of time and money! Highly disappointed!!!
wrong item provide kiya gya wo bhi 2 pcs ka order tha single piece mila hai order return karne pe quality check me failed bol ke return nhi liya gya customer support ne bola ho jayega, lekin hua nhi, fir date over hone pe bol diya gya koi support nhi milega isme date over hai, abhi product bhi meesho kr pass hai paise bhi refund nhi hua

This is very disappointing i have been using this app from last two years but recently in 26th march 2024 i placed 1 order to there RN Creation supplier and made payment but till date 21st April 2024 not received the order or refund.. and when i call meesho CC they are not ready to help. They are just repeating there Policy rule and sorry sorry….
Ek toh kachra bhejte hai upar se return bhi nahi lete hai…uninstalling and never shopping again from Meesho..I had the worst experience of my life ..guys you also don’t shop from Meesho otherwise they’ll send u stupid things and will not return your money also👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I have ordered 2 quantity of saree hangers with lockable technology. Cost for each was Rs. 404 and also placed some other order along with that. But at the time of delivery of that hangers I have got the message to pay Rs. 1616. I was in office so paid the amount but when I reached home and collected the parcel from my neighbour it was just hangers for which amount 808/- was to be paid. I have raised the issue regarding the extra amount collected buy Meesho is saying it’s not our fault. Their courier partner xpressbees is saying that’s not our fault. I want my money back.
My order hasn’t been delivered 4days after the delivery date. And the delay hasn’t updated in the app . I couldn’t track my order. Still my problem hasn’t solved even after I contacted the customer care several times. Very disappointed
Quality of all the product is very bad
I ordered for the first time and I don’t have received the ordered and quantity and the customer support is also not helping as much their suggestions are not good enough …. Will never order again
