Hotels and service are great. App is slow and unresponsive

My experience with the hotels is very positive , but the app is so slow/laggy that it is useless. (Update) the poor performance was due to the substandard Wi-Fi connection at the hotel. Things were much better when I switched to my 4G wireless connection. It would be great if the app could show a running total of all room charges, for example additional charges from the restaurant, and other incidentals

The worst customer service ever

They charged me more points than was the actual price and no one, absolutely no one replied for my claim. Plus in the hotel they gave me wrong email address. Absolutely not recommended…

I have a problem with the reservation view. The system is not automatically assigned, and an error message appears in the manual search👎👎😏
