Meliá: Book hotels and resorts

Unable to enter my residence in Spain as an alternative to my UK address.

Please sort out the glitches. Every time I try to book using the app, I get an error response . However, if I book through the website it is more expensive. Very frustrating.

Super annoying app. Completely failed to create an account. Also quite irritated about the concept of checking in online to a hotel.

I use the Meliá Berlin Hotel frequently, the app is a must, works well for me, keeps everything about my bookings at hand. Nothing to lose by downloading and using the app, its free and makes life a bit easier

Don’t waste your time typing in all your details and companion details as it won’t save and you get error messages regardless of accuracy of entries. 30 mins of wasted life thank you Melia.

Zero stars if it possible please! For some reason that only the app will know it asked me to change my password! Which I did! No actually which I’ve tried to do all number of times, adding the temporary password that’s emailed to me then changing it when I’m prompted and then re-entering the ‘new’ password in order to access my account!… Only it doesn’t!… something went wrong please try again later!!! Is all I keep getting! How much later though mr developer? I’ve been trying for days!! What a load of rubbish!!!

Where do I start? I put fields in, the app blanks them. I say I’m Irish it assumes I’m in Ireland, don’t get all the fields right first time, the app blanks some of fields. I gave up. And I work in IT.

All fine on this app except a compulsion to put your ‘title’ before booking. The only options being Mr or Mrs!!!!!! I am a cis-gendered straight married woman but even I go by Ms/Dr as I didn’t change my name when married. Can’t imagine how difficult this is for so many people. If you insist on having a title, please have some options.
