Meliá: Book hotels and resorts

Very poor functionality, bugs and inconsistent to use. Cannot update passport number although they typically need updating as they expire. Room service order got scrambled and only after a phone call did we get what we ordered. I am going going to continue with the app. 1. When ordering room service - the order did reach the kitchen, but did not include my room number. So no delivery until I called them. 2. Incorrect address and passport details. Unable to correct this in the app. 3. Difficult check-in procedure with many technical interrupts. Had to try 4 times before getting through. 4. Payment of booked room worked, but I did not a receipt. Had to as reception for this. You app really should be tested much better before you release it!

En la aplicación no se ve que habitación estás escogiendo. No pudimos ver tampoco si el hotel tenía o no aparcamiento. Luego en el apartado de “paga con euros y puntos”, el precio no tenía sentido… Sin consumir puntos nos pone una noche 90€… y consumiendo puntos nos salía 98€+5000puntos (por decir algo…)

Funciona bien y luego tienen apoyo humano

App no se adapta a su uso en tablet

App muy lenta y se clava todo el rato

Muy versàtil

No deja hacer el upgrade de cliente platino, no guarda los datos de pago para futuras reservas, cuando tienes varias reservas da igual cual pulses siempre te abre la primera, esto me ha costado no poder cancelar una reserva a tiempo y perder los puntos. Cada vez va peor....

El hotel es una maravilla , está en todo el centro de granada , la decoración es una pasada !!!! Me encanta ! Pondrá 4* pero perfectamente puede ser un 5* . Superior
