Keeps disconnecting and needs to login again and again and again . It’s unbelievably frustrating for such a simple operation as on/off A/C!!!!

App keeps logging out and most of the times i cant log in due to “network issues”. Also i cant share app with my husband with the QR code provided. So stressful when we are outdoors and need to keep the house cool for our indoor pets.

Pros: -Good UI/UX when you are finally logged in. -Quick response from the unit Cons: -Keeps logging me out -Cannot share device with my wife. It keeps loading when scanning the barcode -Not enough documentation for the app to troubleshoot point 2 -Unrelevant tab in the app with Midea advertisements

I use apple login and every time I open the app a pop up about bad wifi appears and have to login again

IOS *When editing the name of the AC units there is no back button and you have to kill the app to go back, same when you want to share the device. I did not test any other features if will be the same *New sign up with apple account, every time you need to enter your Log In criteria, if you sign up with an email then it connects automatically to the device(same has to be with apple account) *Safety: Anyone at my home with access to my wifi(visitors) can download the app and synchronize with my AC units using BT. * I need to know who has access, disable access from other users(visitors) *I need to be informed if a new account connect with my AC units and give my approval

It keeps getting logout on its own and there is an error box appearing that does not let me To log in.

Keeps disconecting me from account. Facebook login not working properly. Needs more work in order to be more stable. Such poor app for such great machines.

The worst app ever. Does not work most of the times (operation failed). You cannot sign in most of the times.

Last update doesn’t work
