Logging in with FB does not work. I cannot manage my house remotely which is so annoying.

At least 1 or 2 (out of 4) units are offline. After few days another units are not connected. I have an optic finer an no problems with other devices. Strange and not convenient.

Unfortunately this application works very rarely. It takes much time before I can connect with my AC. There are many issues with functionalities within the app. The scheduling option is not working properly, many times my AC did not turn off as it should, leaving it working for many hours. I’ve never had such bad experience with anything...

This app is much better than previously. But still I can’t find silky mode in app.

Everything is working very well. No problems.

Works great for me. I can start my a/c before arrive to my home.

It says: “your connection is not very good” and opt me out of login despite my connection working fine (streaming 4k content as an example)

I like it

Let me say, the device is great and the app will work, but 1) it constantly logs me out, which is super annoying when apps do that 2) it has my location as some suburb 7 miles away from the major city I live in which is crazy 3) every time I log back in, I have to change my degrees from C to F, making the logout even more annoying, and finally 4) the water tank fill level and how many hours until full estimates are waaaay off. Other than that, I mean at least it lets me do what I need to do.
