Really disappointed in this App; routinely crashes; had a program set up recently and somehow it seems someone hacked the system; when I got home to one Aircon being set to 13C and one to 38C; way beyond the specs of the machines (my programmed setting was 25 C during 10-16:00 and 16C between 18:00 and 8:00) then get redirected routinely to another App called MSmartHome this works for a week and then also gets errors. Really feed up with the reliability of this brand your Apps better not be a reflection of how your equipment works; hope you invest in a decent programmer soon!!!

The schedule function is pathetic

I created a new account but when I get the mail to verify it it’s giving activation failed. How do I create an account to link my AC’s?

Aircon works great but the app is a mess!

App does not work at all.

Please I am begging you to add the function to turn the LED off from the app as part of a schedule. If it comes on in the night it wakes me up. It’s so frustrating!

Schedules were working fine but now they are no longer working, are you able to assist?

The app is a bit buggy and is missing some key features, namely, once you turn the aircon off and the schedule kicks it back on, the light illuminates, which is normal but you cannot turn it off on the app like with the remote. Why would you not add this button? What I really like is that you included a schedule, this is an amazing feature and works well.

The app keeps timing out, the scheduling fails randomly, definitely need to update there app for stability and increase the timeouts on there app, Alexa integration works but also unreliable as the API calls timeout or just don't work, with error device unavailable. I have managed to get the app stable by adding it to my unify AP on a separate SSID does not seem to like packet broadcast on the same network, i however noticed that i cant see the power consumption anymore has this been removed. Update 2021/04 Add eco and led display off as an option under express run settings or just an auto display switch off

This app must have been written by a child, it’s probably the worst app I have ever come across, log in errors constantly, cannot do firmware updates, for a smart Airconditioner this app is pretty dumb, Midea needs to address this problem seriously, if they are too incompetent to write a decent app they should probably employ someone who can
