After a year the motor started having issues
I have the Mila app on my iPhone and it works great but it does not support the iPad screen size so it will be nice if there was a iPad version.
No app I use logs me out more frequently than yours. Why????? If you’re so obsessed with security at least enable Face ID so I don’t have to remember or reset my password every couple of months.
Is it just me or do the Home Screen widgets not work anymore. Initial functionality was good but I feel a recent app update has broken it. I’m using a large widget and it only shows the default artwork from before it loads any data for the first time. Have rebooted, removed and readded the widget (and others for this app) and none work. Other 3rd party app widgets also work.
It has become frustrating that with various app updates, I’m signed out, which breaks widgets. With apps frequently updating in the background this becomes very annoying. Whilst this might seem a minor inconvenience, other apps do not face this issue which leads me to believe there is poor handling of authentication. Further development effort should be invested into this.

Downloaded App up but no confirmation email received and so cannot use it. I can’t go to the next step so completely hopeless. I need technical assistance here. Customer service suggested another email address but that does not work either. Something is seriously wrong and I need a procedure to fix this. Delete the App , how and reload???? Something useful please.
App is great and easy to use. Recently though it has been logging me out at least once a week. Very frustrating. Otherwise no issues
Happy Mila owner here, loving the update and the widgets are perfection. Any chance of an iPadOS version? I’d love to see the same parts and pieces from the iOS version simply “written” across the screen similarly to how widgets in the OS at large simply tumble about when you rotate the device. Just as importantly, having access to the new widgets in iPadOS would be huge, as the iPad is a natural dashboard. Thanks!
