Mila Air

I must have logged onto this app a couple of hundred times. Every time it updates it forgets the login details. It’s so annoying I wouldn’t have chosen this air purifier if I’d know. Not to mention that the temperature sensor is always wrong, the co2 sensor always returns the same reading. Not to mention, the mills is only one year old and already the motor has become so noisy I have to have it on when I’m not in and turn it off when I get home. Nice website. Great marketing. Disappointing product.

The app is really informative and easy to use. Great to see and control the quality of the air in our living room with 3 dogs! Manual mode is a bit ‘sticky’ and automagic has a habit of turning up really loud when we’re in the room. Would be brilliant to have a timer function for it to come on during the day while we’re at work, and maybe a max speed (I.e. noise) setting for the evening. Really happy with our Mila though - farewell dog smell!

The app is so frustrating. It logs you out after not opening it for a few days, then doesn’t auto store username and password. It then doesn’t recognise password and I often have to reset password multiple times and it doesn’t recognise the new one. Really frustrating - can you not add face recognition log in? Or at least auto store details.

Great product. Very good app. Would be improved with biometric login. Please can the developers add this to the queue? That would take it from 4 stars to 5 stars 😁 (15th October 2023)

The filter is great. The App is so buggy I can’t be asked to bother with it anymore and just use controls on the unit even thought they are basic. But as an air filter it’s great and that’s what it’s for.

Everything so far has been explained and has worked well. App is very intuitive. Information available is fantastic. Initially 2 days very good and My air so far is very clean.

Nice unboxing of the Mila. Easy to pair with router. Worked for an hour before spending all its time in firmware upgrade mode and being unresponsive to app. It simply does not work.

The Mila App and the Air Purifier are good and appear to operate as stated. The absence of HomeKit support is a big minus however. This has been promised for a long time but is obviously not going to happen. The purpose of having sensors, apart from the operation of the Device itself, should be to activate a respond I.e. open a window, turn on a fan etc. For those of us using HomeKit the lack of this ability is a big drawback and if I hadn’t been told that HomeKit support was “coming” I would probably not have bought a Mila.

Air filter is great but the app has stopped working properly. Now constantly displaying ‘no data’ on the AQI screens. So I have no useful information. I have tried reinstalling app and restarting phone, but still the same issue
