Mila Air

I like my Milacares app when it’s working but every gosh darn time it updates I get knocked off of connectivity and can’t log into my app. I f-ing hate it. Why does it do this. Why is it so difficult to make update to an app without this process taking place. I have to change my password and try to get it connected to the internet. Last time I gave up after 4 days of trying to connect it and went on vacation. It’s so frustrating! I’m no longer allowing automatic updates and I will not update this app again.

White letters on yellow background is too hard to read. We really struggled. On the Mila App it mentions a "quick start guide". Our box did not have a "quick start guide" inside the box. Perhaps you meant the instructions on the box. Not ready to give stars. We'd like to use it for awhile.

3 of 3 milas all 3 of them are broken.

Every time I open the app it has me signed out. I have to type in my password each time

I hate this thing.

The purifier itself is pretty good. Although it’s a bit noisy, even in quiet mode. My biggest issue is the app. It keeps dropping WiFi connection and now it won’t even connect. Yes, you don’t need the app to use the purifier but then why pay for the Mila when you can’t access all of its programming.

This is a great product. Our Mila quit working after 3 1/2 years. When it was working I would rate it at 5.

I bought a Mila and it died. Don’t buy one.
