Took me three attempts of 20 waiting to be connected - all on mobile data, wasn’t fun

Rude and unprofessional behaviour

I used this app few time for different verification and I always found that the person who is taking my assessment is very in rush, rude and much and most of time they don’t want to process and just hang up.

Unterirdisch

Die Wartezeiten sind unterirdisch. Ein Termin wurde alternativ angeboten, aber nur Vormittags! Macht die Identifikation anderswo oder bringt ein paar Stunden (!) Zeit mit.

Aplikakacja super, ale problem z przebiegiem rozmowy

Musiałem połączyć się 4 razy by dokonać weryfikacji, ponieważ połączenie kończyło się kiedy próbowałem zamknąć okno (wyszukać numer telefonu) czy obrócić aparat( pewnie coś nacisnąlęm przypadkowo) i ... zabawa zaczynała się od początku. Strata czasu
