Installed it, went to book a cab, and they had nothing available, so found another app which did have availability. Now I’m getting bombarded with notifications asking me why I haven’t book a cab with them yet. BECAUSE YOU DIDN’T HAVE ANYTHING AVAILABLE.

I was disappointed with the service provided by this app. The cab failed to turn up at the appointed time and place (a driver had not even been asssigned). I was then charged the cancellation fee when I cancelled to use a readily available alternative service. To be fair, the fee was later refunded on submittal of a customer service claim, but this was not a good first experience.

We were abandoned, a country pub with no bus routes no other taxis and they only gave us an hours notice.

The app was very easy to use and the service from minicabit was second to none

Perfect ride to the airport early in the morning can’t complain !

Sources a good range of providers and offers competitive prices. The app allows you to enter all customer requirements ie luggage types/quantity to make sure the prices returned are accurate and reliable

App is useful and has multiple options with ratings at a glance, but you generally need to know the exact postcode rather than just the POI name to get a quote.
