the item I ordered was completely different from what they’ve described. I contacted them for a return and they don’t have policy for returns whereas you can find indication saying they do. They let know that they do return ticket or whatever it’s called! Help desk told me I would have to pay for the fee return, they demand not to return with certain companies , and you receive your payment after they receive the item. Meaning if there is a problem with the shipping it’s all on you AND YOU LOOSE YOUR MONEY! They make REALLY SURE THEY WONT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK! Biggest scam ever! Never again! Thieves! They should be ashamed of themselves. Plus they did not even shipped the package at the right time so the dress came late! Am here stuck with an ugly dress I will never wear! Shame on them!
