No real costumer support
No dignified app or website should be without a proper customer support, meaning the customer should always have the ability to contact a live human customer support!! First you do not allow costumer support without registration, so possible customers that have questions prior to registration could not contact anyone. Second, even after registration, neither in the application nor the website, you do not give any manner for a customer to contact a live representative (via email, phone, WhatsApp or otherwise). It is not acceptable.
