You put in wrong address on package so it is being returned to you. Therefore I never received my order. Please return my money for first one as I reordered.

SCAMMED.

I am so frustrated with this site, I ordered a $50 romper online and even got my confirmation email with my tracking number. But whenever I click “track package” it takes me to a page that never loads. Then when I log into the app it says that I have no orders under the “my orders” section. And to make matters worse, I have no way of contacting the site because in order to talk to customer service you have to click on the order, which they don’t have listed on my account.

Impossible to return items!

Trying to return items received today. The system just sends me in circles and there is no way to reach a human for help. Super frustrating!!!

I placed an order over 4 ago weeks and still haven’t heard anything from you. Please tell me why is it taking so long to hear from the company? As for me, I rate you a very poor company and customer service!!!

SCAM ALERT

Do not buy anything thru this app or online. Customers complain there is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Customers complain they cannot return merchandise. The site says you can fill out a return ticket but does not offer you a ticket to fill out. This is a copycat Amazon website. The app looks good but you are out the money if you order anything. No product support at all. No phone number, no email, snd no address. I ordered a slipcover for more than $100 and cannot return it for a refund. Don’t get burned by this scam.
