Description
MitID er dit digitale ID. Du bruger det, når du skal logge på, underskrive digitalt og godkende handlinger i forskellige selvbetjeningsløsninger. Skal du godkende på din mobil eller tablet, gør du det med et enkelt swipe i appen. Hvis du skal godkende på din computer, skal du scanne en QR-kode.
AKTIVÉR DIT MITID
Du kan aktivere dit MitID i din app ved at scanne dit pas/ID-kort eller med en aktiveringskode fra Borgerservice. Har du fået en ny mobil, kan du kopiere dit MitID fra din gamle app.
I APPEN KAN DU OGSÅ...
Bl.a. se dit bruger-ID og ændre dét mobilnummer, du bruger til MitID.

barely works
Some worst software ever. Logging with face scan works one out of 3 attempts. Every time you need to go through the whkle wizzard. Some misterious errors popping up. I cannot get my mitid name. What a rubbish app…
Closed circle
Application ask for an update even though it is the latest version. Shows the link toApple store and then in Apple store only 'open' button is abailable. Pressing sends you back to the app and the circle is closed. Restarting phone not help. Restarting spp nrither.

It tells me to update the app but it doesn't work
No updates
Impossible to update, impossible to use without the update. The app requires iOS to be version 15. I have that but it still doesn’t work and asks for update which is not available. It’s a vicious cycle. Please fix it.

Face scan doesn't work
The application is hopeless!!! I've been trying to register for a few days now and everything is working fine for the facial scan. However, the face scan is rejected every time. Using the same ID card and face scan, I opened a bank account in a few moments without any problems, so I don't understand why there is such a problem...?
