I am asked to update via Appstore, in Appstore I open and is linked back to where I am asked to update…. In Appstore.

Which idiots developed this app??? Probably technically disabled 😡

This infuriating app won’t work no matter how many times you try. For us living in other countries I guess we will have to put down a whole day traveling to a physical affiliation in Denmark every time a log in with MitID is required. Denmark and IT is non comprehensive with each other whilst other countries has made it so easy (Bank-ID in Sweden for example, works every time and is reliable). Throw this garbage where it belongs and start over with outsourced programmers that actually know how to build an app.

Reading all the reviews seems like they never fix the issue the app has. After face scan I get an error with no more information that restart might help Useless app👎🏻

Vision 3.0.1 was the last update that did work all other update after this is not working with ios 14 Kindly look at it and fix this problem

The stupid app never works! Can’t sign my bills in time, can’t log in anywhere. How hard can it be to get an app like this to work? Sweden did it, never a problem with that app. But this! Please stop drinking at work

I had my fair share of bad app experiences but this tops it all. Its a proper shame the danish government can let this be operational and not do anything about it: 1. Riddled with error messages 2. Non functioning facial recognition feature 3. As soon as there is a mistake you have to start from scratch again

An infuriating app that produces random errors without explanation. Terrible! Dont waste your time trying to get it to work. Even after the supposed update a few months ago, it will not manage the face scan. I just did the wxact same process applying for an ESTA and it worked just fine

This app cannot be made to work over the Net if you have never had a home in Denmark. As a non-Danish citizen you HAVE to go to a Borgerkontor, accompanied by someone who already has a Mitid. The reason is that they check your id versus a number of databases and you are not in those databases (Sundhetsintyg, etc) if you have never had a Danish home. Even at the Borgerkontor it is problematic since the still look for you in those databases. However, if you go there with a Danish National they tend to give you the Mitid. Oh Denmark…
