Totally useless!
The app is full of glitches! Keeps jamming/sticking especially when trying to use points. Not sure it actually adds all points? And still Waiting (3 weeks)for card link bonus! All in all totally unimpressed!!

The new update has really messed up the app it constantly freezes and the app went down on the champions league game day which meant my unis sports session had to be cancelled plus the free pint of Guinness on Saturday 12-3 still hasn’t loaded as a voucher for me other than that it’s decent . The student discounts decent but these pubs would still have the discount if mixr wasn’t involved and the points ain’t really all that great it works out at 5% cash back
It is awesome app but need to link it directly to the My Pay order app so can order food and drink from comfort of table and still earn points
This app is dreadful. Keeps asking me to login and enter a code, which I never receive. Loading the list of venues hangs. The app frequently freezes up.
Tried to use the app at my favourite pub but whenever I’d want to use it it would not work.
I don’t know why but i can’t log in anymore, I have to send a verification email but it never actually arrives so I’m now unable to log in at all
Every single time, without fail the app either refuses to load, accept my username or password. You try changing it, no email. A complete ware of time! Even spent over £900 at a Christmas get together with friends and colleagues, what a joke, app not working!
I had payment cards linked to my account . So didn’t bother worrying about scanning when paying so list out on a lot of points as a nobody advised that cards lining wasn’t working. Then it was “fixed “ - with a raft of emails announcing it . It hasn’t been fixed .. at all ! I have tried adding multiple cards . The app says they have been linked …. And then doesn’t actually link them . And I’m not the only person . And now, after so many changes , the app doesn’t work at all most of the time, and when it does , it takes forever to open and even longer to open the app page to provide the QR code required to scan a purchase when it works at all. The app- great idea - but constant problems likely simply to anger customers than appeal to them
I reset my password and have now lost over 9000 points. Incredibly annoying
Frequently reverts to “Verification, required” mode and code not sent for hours to allow you to register points. Why!?
