I downloaded this app but it won’t let me link my card so missing out on points. I emailed they asked what the issue was I replied no further contact from the company. Poor customer service at the minute Edit from original on 28th Feb Still not able to load my card can’t tell me system is still busy
Now heading into June and still can’t upload my card I’ve sent several emails & I know I can still claim my points but why offer this as a service if it’s only going to accept certain cards!

Totally not worth the effort.
Staff cant help.
Tech side cant do their job clearly (or they are inundated with complaints) more likely to be the latter.
Someone needs to get a grip of this app, lost countless points in the last week, rapidly losing paitience with this lot.

Won’t allow card to be linked !
As many others have said it won’t allow your card to be linked it’s a nice idea of an app but doesn’t work says you get 1000 points for linking card but won’t allow you to link card! My partner downloaded app to see if it was just my phone and won’t let him do it either also asked 4 other friends to download and try and wouldn’t let them do it as well so 6 of us here were we all can’t link our cards ! Will claim the free drink then probably never use again for this reason … shame really as looked a good idea.

After initially having issues registering which appeared to be a glitch, once registered I have found this to be an excellent app, so recommend it.
Plus there’s the added bonus of a free drink at the moment, so cheers!

Nice app but slow to update points, plus a bit clunky in use .

Shockingly bad. Password reset sends you into a doom loop of installing the app and asking you to login. But you can’t as can’t reset password!!! App designed by children it seems.
Need to accept more cards
Downloaded the app but cannot link my bank card. So pretty useless…
Last update account lost
Latest update my account is now not recognised.
I’ve tried to reset my password several times but to no avail.
Terrible support team
App worked fine until I updated, now cannot login and the password reset emails do not arrive in my inbox. Contacted customer service who are very slow, they just said make sure your putting correct details in then they do not respond to any other messages.
Absolutely useless, forced to update now cannot use the app
