My Iqama renewed recently and I tried to update on the app, but there is no option for that, also every time when I open the app the Iqama expire remaining days msg pops up. I also called the customer care about this, but no proper response.
Great App
As per my experience tiqmo is best app giving good exchange rate and best cash back with free transfer fees. I dont have any issue with the customer care and my transfer money never stuck , credited same time.
I always recommend to others to use the tiqmo for best service and offers.

Very worst experience and no customer support
Be careful. This app is not genuine. I received cash back and they revoked it without intimation. I mailed customer care no response and customer care number never reached.

Such a worst service, no action or refund for the debited fund of cancelled transaction, no response from the support team via email/ call

I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and support from the customer service team. Despite multiple attempts to inquire about the status of my transfer and the fact that my customer number is not working, I have yet to receive my money. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is simply not acceptable.
