Update of Iqama option not available

My Iqama renewed recently and I tried to update on the app, but there is no option for that, also every time when I open the app the Iqama expire remaining days msg pops up. I also called the customer care about this, but no proper response.

Great App

As per my experience tiqmo is best app giving good exchange rate and best cash back with free transfer fees. I dont have any issue with the customer care and my transfer money never stuck , credited same time. I always recommend to others to use the tiqmo for best service and offers.

Money on pending

Money on pending last 2days and costumer not responding on call. I recommend to all not use the apps . Not trusted

Very worst experience and no customer support

Be careful. This app is not genuine. I received cash back and they revoked it without intimation. I mailed customer care no response and customer care number never reached.

POOR SERVICE

Such a worst service, no action or refund for the debited fund of cancelled transaction, no response from the support team via email/ call Raised Tickets closing with out providing the solution Overall not a worthy application better to avoid using for your goodness.

Payment struck

The payment is pending for processing more than 3 days.

I initiated international transaction but still hold

Disappointed

I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and support from the customer service team. Despite multiple attempts to inquire about the status of my transfer and the fact that my customer number is not working, I have yet to receive my money. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is simply not acceptable.

I send international money transfer but my money status on hold before 24 hour

My International transaction is hold since yesterday and I am trying to reach customer care on call but it’s always busy. Having very bad experience.
