Problem solved
They have responded and fix the problem on that same day my mom received the money I sent plus they gave me a compensation of 10 euros for the phone credits I used to call the costumer service
L’application ne fonctionne pas
Application qui ne fonctionne pas depuis des mois ! Effacer et réinstaller à plusieurs reprises même chose

Il est impossible à ce jour d’envoyer un montant tels que par exemple 100$ l’application ce met en mode chargement sans afficher la conversion en Euros
Ne fonctionne pas
Je me permets d’écrire ce commentaire après avoir fait plusieurs tentatives d’envoyer de l’argent mais sans succès car en changeant le montant, les autres options disparaissent et même en attendant quelques minutes je n’arrive pas à passer à l’étape suivante. Autre remarque, entant que nouvelle utilisatrice prudente j’ai cherché les organismes auxquels le destinataire peut retirer l’argent mais je n’ai pas trouvé. À part le transfert bancaire les deux autres choix s’affiche vaguement : en espèce à c. En appuyant impossible de lire la suite. Peut-être commerce ou banque ou la poste. J’estime que c’est important de savoir où peut-on retirer notre argent. Merci de m’aider à régler ce problème car c’était très rapide et efficace d’envoyer via wes…

Je suis super déçu de cette application Impossible de l’utiliser sur mon IPhone Dès que j’ouvre l’application j’ai le message : le système rencontre un problème J’ai déjà supprimé puis réinstaller…rien à faire Veuillez corriger ce problème c’est très handicapant
Les montants avec des virgules ne fonctionnent pas depuis quelques mois ..
Bonjour, La conversion d’une somme à partir du montant de destination ne fonctionne pas. Et les montant avec des virgules bloquent le process et toutes cases deviennent grises :/ .. ça fait des mois que ça ne fonctionne pas et aucune mise à jour depuis n’a réglé ce bug ..

Franchement j’ai voulu changer mon mot passe l’application bug en en me disant veuillez réessayer plus alors que sa fait 2jour j’essaie franchement
