As time goes by, these short entries will gather insightful data about yourself that you will be able to analyze in many ways. On the one hand, a Calendar will be filled with colors that reflect your emotional well-being. This will allow you to get an eagle-eye perspective on your life that you never had before. On the other hand, Moodflow comes with data-analyzing tools, that will help you find relationships between a plethora of different factors and your mood. Moodflow will help you understand yourself better by allowing you to identify the things that bring you up or those that pull you down.

I’ve been using it for a couple of months now, but something has happened and now whenever i enter the insights tab, the entire screen goes white and I can’t exit or change anything. What’s wrong? Can I fix it?

i've been using this app to track my mood for about 2 years now and never had any issues it's helped me so much with keeping track of how my medication and lifestyle have effected my mood and i've been able to utilise this app during therapy to help better explain myself as being an autistic person that can generally be quite difficult for me so thank you so much for the all of the care you put into the app walter i've really really been appreciating it as a part of my daily routine and helping me better understand and improve my mental health

I have only used this app for two days and it is amazing. I don’t have Moodflow plus but I would if I could. It’s making me think about stuff ranging from what I am grateful for to how much sleep I get to making new habits. The design is amazing and it doesn’t push ads in your face it simply asks if you want to support Moodflow and you can choose if you want to watch an ad. Highly recommend this app.

Focusing on my negative thought patterns the app has been so helpful in realising that I have more positive than negative in reality. Two weeks in it’s a great way to note diet, lifestyle, other triggers to keep an eye on or notice change my moods and perspective. Great app, highly recommended.

2 of my friends recommended it to me and after only using it for a day I can say that it runs so smoothly and is very easy to use all whilst looking aesthetically pleasing as well as customisable. I look forward to my future interactions with this app.
