This app has allowed me to track my habits in order to tackle my mental health concerns with a wholistic approach. When starting on a new dosage of Prozac, this app was a life saving tool for me and my medical team as it gave us an accurate picture of my habit and their effect on my moods

As a last resource of helping myself remember everything and as opposed as endless writing in the paper and in my telephone Notes or Google Keep, I searched and found this App where everything possible that I have thought and others recommended me for my mental health/hygiene is here. The price for this yearly is affordable. Thanks to people who made this App, it made my life simpler.

Right at a moment when I was at breaking point(work related and personal). I had no one to talk to and I was completely overwhelmed. I got an alert and it told me to control the things I can control. Straight after it went through a breathing exercise and I was able to drop the things that were burdening me at that moment. Thank you for helping me at that moment.

Crashes

Was really enjoying this app but the last week it’s been crashing a lot. Not able to retrieve data and not able to save.

Gratitude diary doesn’t seem right.

My gratitude level seems an unchanging low almost every day whereas I think my entries reflect a high level of appreciation for daily moments and feelings. I don’t understand how it works.

This is hands down the best app I have used for mental health- and I have tried a few. The tools are incredibly useful and well designed, and you can customise easily to focus on what you need. Extremely well done.

I’ve been using this app over the past week after experiencing another little bout of busy-brained anxious chatter. I was looking for something to keep me in check in terms of my moods and thoughts. This has been so easy to interact with and made me take a moment to consider where I’m at throughout the day. The range of tools available through the app are great. Would highly recommend.
