MOTIV Video

I am using the app on iPad 7th gen running iOS 16.3.1. In camera mode, the the screen does not rotate to landscape when I need to shoot in landscape mode. Native camera app rotates fine. Please help if this is a bug.

I am using iPhone Pro 12. Now I can’t access the gain, and to set up equaliser etc. Can be that each time there is an app update or a new phone model, I will need to change my phone. It is better to throw away the mic then to keep having to change my phone. Please resolve the issue. The recording now sounds flat. Is better to not use any mic !

What this app needs is manual control. It’s funny that the Shure mic is to make the audio more professional while the video app is garbage leaving the visuals worse than amateur. The color temp keeps shifting when filming with it. What is needed is manual controls Shutter Iso Exposure Lock color temp Etc The shure mv88 doesn’t work with some camera vid apps which makes it difficult to use it.

Shure makes you use this camera app in order to use Movemic. The app lacks many features and is sub par compared to even the basic I phone camera. The most annoying thing I’ve found is when I rotate the camera the app constantly freeze and the screen goes blank. I also have had an issue with my voice not matching up with what I’m filming…. The Mic should make life easier and sound better not complicated my recording process. I would not recommend the Movemic with this app to anyone. This is just a few of many issue. Sloppy product and needs much improvement.

Great for editing. I use this app to record and I edit on Cap Cut. Perfect match.

But could be a little better. I bought this for recording my kids choir performances. I love the enhanced audio. I’m getting from such a compact set up. The app is a wonderful way to refine the recording process, but the image stabilizer is a little weak. I also would prefer if you could upload directly to YouTube from the app rather than, bring into your library.

Since this latest update (2.0.0) I’m no longer able to switch off noise reduction. Noise reduction is on even though I set it to off, the app indicates off—but the recording is clearly noise reduced whether the setting is on or off. This affects my Shure MoveMics. I do noise reduction in post, so for me this is a problem. Other than that, I find the app pretty fantastic.

Stays on Headset setting only, both MOTIV audio and MOTIV video apps Latest updates done for everything, checked settings for enabling microphone and camera, and nothing worked I plug this Shure MV88+ Video after and before opening the app, still not recognizing the microphone but Headset Watched all videos on YouTube and no solution from Shure Lame…

I had been working with this up for 1 month and it’s constantly failing , I have to delete the app and downloaded again and again . So sad .

Many of the setting adjustments, like zoom control, are incorrect in guide.
