Je ne comprend pas pourquoi l’application mets 2/3 min à se connecter à la caméra !!!! Ça ne marche jamais !

Pas mal de souci au niveau de la connexion entre la caméra et le wifi. L’appareillage se fais mais impossible de se connecter via l’application au bout de quelques minutes. La température n’est pas du tout révélatrice de ce qu’il se passe dans la chambre (la camera m’indique 30 degré la ou ma climatisation et autre gadget m’indique 25) De gros bugs qui force l’appareil à redémarrer… je trouve incroyable d’être dans ce genre de cas aujourd’hui… on achète un produit « premium » pas fini… pas testé… Il y a quand même un point positif c’est la fonction journal de l’appli qui est top :) mais pour ça pas besoin de babyphone. On verra l’évolution de l’appli et de l’appareil et en fonction je verrais évoluer mon commentaire

Il arrive souvent que l’application ne met pas d’image alors que l’on a du réseau .. Pour le prix que l’on a payé je trouve ça abusé..

Impossible d’avoir une image on est a la limite de la mise en danger, cet appli est quand même censé fonctionner avec un baby phone! C’est honteux de proposer une telle application aux prix de l’appareil! J’aurai une plus intérêt à prendre une caméra de surveillance lambda qui aurait dix fois mieux le job!

Beaucoup de mal à avoir une image. Ça tourner pendant de longues minutes avant d’avoir une image pour que celle ci disparaisse pour recommencer à attendre de longues minutes. Et décalage entre le son et les mouvements. Revenu dans ma chambre la camera ne met pas l’image de mon enfant déjà poser dans son lit… pour le prix de l’appareil je trouve ça vraiment décevant.

Even with WiFi working perfectly the video on the app is VERY delayed and takes forever to load, if it ever does.

I bought this to keep an eye on my Mother in Law. She was brought into our home 3 years ago and is now 101, soon to be 102. It gives me comfort knowing I can see her and hear her as needed, especially when I’m in the go. Thank you for your product , it’s been a game changer.

This is, by far, the WORST monitor software we had had the displeasure of using … and we’ve tried many. The app is sluggish, unintuitive, and (recently) started to monetize a feature that previously free. When we try to view the cameras through our phone, 90% of the time the camera loads incessantly, cannot connect to the camera (tells us its offline when its not), does not update. The temperature monitoring is painfully inaccurate, matching no other temperature monitors in the baby’s room. To do anything on the app is sluggish. It feels as though this app was an afterthought. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

It’s already a slow, glitchy app and monitor. Now they’re charging for their services? I’ve used these monitors for a few years but will be switching asap

This was a baby shower gift so while I am grateful, I should’ve checked reviews before adding this to my registry. Every single time I open the app it buffers endless. Whether it’s to just check in on the baby or to look at a movement/sound notification- BUFFER. I have to open and close it dozens of times over several minutes. If I was actually relying on this in an emergency I’d be f’d. I don’t know that I can return it at this point but I’ll definitely be getting a new/different setup. *when the app actually works, then camera and features are fine. Nothing to write home about.
