When trying to sign up, an error message is shown that sending otp failed

Even with WiFi working perfectly the video on the app is VERY delayed and takes forever to load, if it ever does.

I bought this to keep an eye on my Mother in Law. She was brought into our home 3 years ago and is now 101, soon to be 102. It gives me comfort knowing I can see her and hear her as needed, especially when I’m in the go. Thank you for your product , it’s been a game changer.

This is, by far, the WORST monitor software we had had the displeasure of using … and we’ve tried many. The app is sluggish, unintuitive, and (recently) started to monetize a feature that previously free. When we try to view the cameras through our phone, 90% of the time the camera loads incessantly, cannot connect to the camera (tells us its offline when its not), does not update. The temperature monitoring is painfully inaccurate, matching no other temperature monitors in the baby’s room. To do anything on the app is sluggish. It feels as though this app was an afterthought. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

It’s already a slow, glitchy app and monitor. Now they’re charging for their services? I’ve used these monitors for a few years but will be switching asap

This was a baby shower gift so while I am grateful, I should’ve checked reviews before adding this to my registry. Every single time I open the app it buffers endless. Whether it’s to just check in on the baby or to look at a movement/sound notification- BUFFER. I have to open and close it dozens of times over several minutes. If I was actually relying on this in an emergency I’d be f’d. I don’t know that I can return it at this point but I’ll definitely be getting a new/different setup. *when the app actually works, then camera and features are fine. Nothing to write home about.

I paid for the yearly subscription. Just as of two days ago it lost connection with my baby’s room. I tried reconnecting it and it says the app is trying to download devices. So I can’t do anything absolutely nothing. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. Now it won’t send the verification code to my email so I can log back in. There is no customer service help from that point. So what am I to do since I’m paying the 99.99 a year to keep my camera’s going. I only have had the cameras for less than year. Oh btw after so many months you have to pay for some type of subscription to view the recordings. Which I think so absolutely insane with how much we have to pay for the cameras to begin with. Just like others said they don’t stay connected for long and syncing can be a bit of a hassle. Right now it’s my issue not being able to log in or be able to see my second camera in my child’s room.

This is easily the worst electronic we’ve purchased. The temperature is always inaccurate. The app on our phones might work 50% of the time. And now we’re having sound issues from the main monitor. This is actually a piece of garbage.

Charges you a subscription after a year? Dont buy

One of the worst camera and camera app set up ever purchased. Connectivity issues from the very beginning. Unable to enlarge the screen on the application. Issues with real time viewing where the screen would time out, but sound still came through. Initially thought our baby was coughing while not moving. Camera quality awful especially during low lighting. Unable to give 0 stars, but this would be negative stars if possible.
