Needs Improvement
Works well when it eventually decides to load. But takes a very long time to do this. Slow, lagging and sometimes the features/buttons don’t appear on screen. The camera works well with the handheld device, so it’s no fault of the camera but the app needs a lot of work to fix it.
Slow, inaccurate app
The app is beyond frustrating, it takes forever for the video to actually load and the temperature gauge is well off! Wouldn’t recommend the Motorola monitor to anyone purely based on the terrible app!

Terrible connection Terrible range Possibly the worst app on my phone and I need it more than most.
Horrendous
Do not buy. Buffering ever few seconds. Every time I turn the system on I have to pair the device with my phone, it won’t automatically connect. The app rarely works. The monitor is ‘out of range’ one floor away.
Disappointing
Monitor screen continually lags and struggles to load, we have used the monitor and app for nearly two year…..the app has a long way to go! Baring in mind what it is for, you’d think it would work a lot better than it does.
Awful app
Constantly buffering despite having fast broadband connectivity all around the house.
Needs to be improved a lot
Constantly have issues with this app not working or showing all features of our camera. For example not able to see the option to play music from one day to the next. Able to turn on music then later the feature has disappeared and it’s impossible to turn off music. The same for setting options to move camera angle. It’s a nightmare.

The worst camera app I have ever used. We have 1000mbps broadband and yet this buffers every 15 seconds, absolute waste of money, if I could give it less than one star I would. Only positive is when this “camera” actually works the quality is good. Would avoid at all costs
