Excellent and gentle way to leave the past and embrace the future with love and kindness... very well excecuted app

Beautiful journey

Meditation. on

I was completely surprised by this session, it's unlike the others very different and stunningly beautiful. I highly recommend and want to listen to this everyday and have activated the reminders on the program so I'm reminded with a soft chime of the message within. Really loved it.made me think of my favourite book the alchemist, do not hesitate to buy :)

I have tried many of these types of apps. For me, none are as well thought out and delivered as those by Andrew Johnson. I now have quite a few - it's good to have some variation. I have been very satisfied with all of AJ's apps. I try others, but usually return to one of Andrew's. I have found them to be enormously beneficial, and fantastic value for a small cost. Thanks Andrew.

Great, but buggy

I've downloaded many of Andrew's apps and this is one of my favourite. I find the guided meditations work well and he has such a soothing voice. My only complaint is, like others, I've found that there are gaps where it goes from one section to another. Other than that, it's great.

Great but gap in music after intro

I find this app really good and Andrew's voice really relaxing. However, just after the induction bit and before the hypnotic suggestions section there is a sudden gap in the audio which can be a bit jarring depending on how deeply relaxed you are. It's a real shame because this should surely be something that is easy for the developer to fix. Otherwise i would have given 5 stars.

I didn't work for me

I have several of Andrew's apps and I've enjoyed all the others but I really struggled with this one. It asks you to think of what you need to do to move on which sounds simple enough but to put it bluntly if I knew that I wouldn't need this app! When asked to " decide now what three things you are going to do" my mind just panicked and couldn't think of anything. Because of this I woke feeling more helpless and less positive than before.
