I’ve been following Dr Mike on instagram for years now and finally committed to the program to 1. get to the bottom of my hip shooting pain on walks and shoulder scapularis pain (why do I have this at 26?) and 2. To absorbs knowledge to protect my Yoga students from injury and support them while I teach.
This program is extremely well executed, digestible, and approachable for anyone.
Suggestion/ Experience:
1. When I first opened the app, it was a bit overwhelming about where to start and sometimes still it takes a while to get acquainted to where I last picked up from. Could use some improvement on that UX side but I’m sure that’s due to their platform host they use more than it is the moveu team.
2. Could use more of a tutorial on how to use the activity tracking feature. To help with 90-day everyday challenge accountability.
I don’t know if it was explained in any intro videos. It’s not very intuitive to click the button below each video to attach that video to a certain day for the 90-day challenge.
I also don’t use the app every day. But I do consciously do the exercises throughout the day. How can I easily get credit in the 90-day program for my daily efforts?
No big problems just sharing insights as I’m an entrepreneur and appreciate hearing customer experience notes.

I’m a strength coach and I use the app to stay on top of movement prep and health for programming. It allows me a resource where I can progress movement through a block of training for both pre-movement prep and rehabilitation without a need to reinvent the wheel and keeps be from being stagnant. I also use it for myself and it’s a GAME CHANGER!

MoveU has been great for teaching me proper alignment and how to transfer those skills into daily life movements! There is soo much offered on this app, and the search feature is nice for specific issues or muscle groups you might want to work on! It’s a ton of info and resources!
Great videos and very engaging
I’m new to the app, but the videos are great. Love the anatomy art which really helps with understanding what is going in different movements. Love the humor injected into the videos as well as it makes it things more engaging. I haven’t dabbled too much in the community portion, but when I have, ppl/the coaches are very responsive to questions.
This program is incredible
I was in so much chronic pain and had just gotten to a low point mentally over it.
I began MoveU with a free 1 week trial and was sold really quick! I signed up for the 90 day challenge and within just a couple weeks I was getting tremendous pain relief from the herniation and sciatica. I decided to add in person physical therapy and by the end of month one I was painless. My situation flares and I don’t expect 100% pain free 100% of the time, but I’m experiencing very minor flares and have relearned how to move properly.
MoveU starts with the basics that seem minor but are so foundational and moves into more advanced moves at your own pace. Highly recommend!

This program is fascinating . I like that it compartmentalizes body areas to focus on to achieve a whole body balance. It’s also trial and error for each individual. As when I got to more aggressive exercises and noticed symptoms flare, I dropped down to previous weeks exercises and will slowly incorporate aggravating movements.
I have seen all the specialists and was close to medication but gave MoveU program a try and it was the best decision. Worth it !

One of the best decisions I ever made
Whether I’m working through a program or learning from clips on YouTube, I use MoveU EVERY SINGLE DAY, and I can’t imagine life without it. When I started CrossFit last year, I would feel uneasy whenever the coaches cued us to “squeeze your glutes as hard as you possibly can” during the extension portion of a lift like a power clean, and when I started in on the MoveU Back/Core and Foot programs, I realized it was because I fundamentally didn’t understand how my feet related to my glutes. And if I couldn’t feel that relationship at work in a low-stakes MoveU session, no way would I be able to trust it under load! Between Dr. Mike’s concise instructions, deliberate exercises, and the stroke of genius that is muscle-specific body art, MoveU is a coach, gym teacher, anatomy teacher, and physical therapist rolled into one. MoveU is ridiculously valuable to me — I can’t thank you enough!
Essential
MoveU has become an essential part of my daily life. I began by watching the Instagram videos, and they are really great. But lasting change only came when I became a member and began using the app to receive personal guidance, access a huge number of resources specific to my needs, and engage with the Community. I no longer struggle to maintain a routine and I have achieved improvements I did not know were possible!
