Improve your pain, posture, and performance at home or on-the-go with hundreds of training videos, guided plans, and live workshops with Dr. Michael Wasilisin and our certified Coaches.
Rooted in the MoveU Method, The MoveU App, simplifies body mechanics and movement by using fun, educational videos paired with a simplified cueing system meant to help you understand the root cause of your pain/issues and then teach you how to 1) overcome and resolve them 2) build strength and live without limits. Videos are organized by body region: Back and Core, Hip and Glute, Knees, Ankles and Feet, Head and Neck, Shoulder & Arms (Elbow, Wrist, and Hand), and finally, Pelvic Floor. Members can choose to begin with any region of their body; however, all content is also organized by pain, injury, strength, and exercise sequences utilizing the “search” feature.
To help Members stay on track, we also host weekly live workshops and Q&A’s with our board-certified DC, DPT, and Coaches who have graduated from the MoveU Method. Finally, we offer monthly prompts/challenges, guided workouts, and connection with other members via Social Media to ensure the highest degree of success. In addition to this, we host a New Member live meet up once a month where you’ll get initiated into how it all works.

Our mission is simple: we want you to move better to live better. Whatever “living” means to you, whether that’s being pain-free, reaching new fitness heights, or heck, just being more knowledgeable about your body. Everyone should be a lifelong mUver.

What I appreciate the most about this program is that it teaches you how to take care of yourself and how to be your own coach. Through detailed but short explanations one starts to understand how the muscles work, how we get aligned, where our problems stem from and how to fix them. All in one, very well designed program. I keep watching the videos again and again and find something new to learn every time. The exercises are up to date, simple and effective. The app will help everyone to gain more body awareness and get aligned. Dr.Mike’s knowledge is deep and he also is fun to watch. The coach and community support is excellent as well. I would highly recommend this app!

Worth every penny; the app is super easy to use. Love that I always have my videos with me on the go & the support from the coaches + community is invaluable along the way. I signed up for moveu because i’ve had this nagging pain for years with absolutely no way of fixing it because no one ever broke down and showed me how to understand my problem, much less fix it. I am still working through my issues because I am undoing years of being out of alignment but at least now I know that I am doing the RIGHT things to make myself feel better and not just taking guesses. Through this program I have a sense of assurance that anyone can fix themselves and moveu tells you exactly how to do just that. I love the short videos as well as the deeper live classes to really dive into more detail about each session. I believe that I am a lifer and it’s one of the most important subscriptions I pay for in my life.

I picked up Dr. Mike’s program after following his videos on Instagram for awhile now. After dealing with sciatica for several months, and seeking treatment through many different professionals, I was anxious to work on fixing myself through a self guided program that I could do at home or at the gym every day. And, in short, This. Just. Works. My sciatica has abated tremendously and it’s constantly improving. I am so much more aware of my body’s posture, bracing, and movement throughout the day and in my gym routine. I recommend Dr. Mike’s app to everyone limited in their movement. I’m just starting on some of the other programs the app has to offer now and am a believer in the process.

At 38 years old and after a life of sports and travel and work as a massage therapist, I am happy to have found and committed to a ground up program to learn how to strengthen and use my body wisely. It feels like continuing education for my profession, and would be basic education for anyone unfamiliar with the mechanics of muscles, spine, and movement. I am a month in, healing a back injury, and taking it at my own pace, repeating weeks as I need to, which is totally encouraged and accessible. The coaches have been responsive and supportive, and it overall feels like a fun, spicy, supportive community and environment. Such a good value, as it is physical therapy and a gym membership in one, taken in bite sized manageable pieces. Thank you:)

I have tried PT, Chiropractic work, massage therapy, and even dry needling. This program gave me functional exercise to improve what was causing the issues I was having rather than reactive care to treat the symptoms. I am forever grateful for this opportunity!

Learn to Move the right Way

I came across MoveU on Instagram and watched their posts for months and months while I was in daily back pain from a car accident. I finally joined this January and it’s made a huge difference in the last 60 plus days. It’s completely transformed my awareness of how I move throughout my daily life. I’ve become so much more aware of my posture and I’m slowly moving toward better days of less pain. I haven’t been able to go back to strength training at the gym post accident but with the exercises given with MoveU I can tell I’m slowly gaining strength again. The community is also very welcoming and ready to help you address your movements when you are ready to post. It’s a great program and I’m so glad I finally joined. I’m looking forward to the progress I will have made later this year.

I’ve suffered from to tears and a frozen shoulder. moveu has been a great help, I’m about 3 weeks in and am improving. Just make sure to listen carefully so you are doing the exercises correctly. I recommend rewatching every few days because you may find as you body starts to activate muscles that have been weak or frozen you might understand the exercises and what they’re designed to do more clearly
