There are films you have never heard of, directors and auteurs whose works you have never seen, and all of these films are hand picked by real people. There is cinema from all around the world, and the films are memorable and unique. I absolutely love MUBI.

app could be more user friendly. Where’s the search bar? Also, why could some films be watched on the desktop not be watched on mobile? Otherwise great streaming services.

If you’re looking for a subscription service with a meaningful choice of movies, that’s it. Always great representation of cultures, countries and epochs. Helped me to discover new things in cinema for sure. I had some quality issues once or twice though (low quality for a minute or so while the download is buffering), but nothing serious enough.

It's a simple story filmed in an ordinary way. A trivial love affair no one really cares about except for the lovers themselves. This film doesn't tell us anything new about love between a man and a woman that we don't know. Yet, it tells us everything about such love we can possibly know. It's a cliche many of us live through. And die unfulfilled.

Where it works, this is a great way to watch movies on Mubi. However, you my encounter inexplicable errors where nothing can be loaded.
